At Bakkt, we are continuously improving our systems to ensure the best client experience. Occasionally, we need to take systems offline for maintenance that cannot be done while they are operational.
To provide predictability, we are establishing a Monthly Maintenance Window on the first Tuesday of every month. As we approach each maintenance window, we will share more details regarding any expected downtime and any actions required from your team. We will strive to give you as much notice as possible.
